The Funded Proposal – What It Is And Why You Should Use One

You may have heard buzz around the internet about something called the funded proposal.  If you are unfamiliar with what the funded proposal is chances are you are not taking advantage of it’s use in your business.

In this article about the funded proposal you will learn what the funded proposal is, why it is used, how it is used and most importantly why you should take advantage of its uses as well.

The Funded Proposal – The Start

When I got started on the internet I came into cyberspace totally oblivious to what it would take for me to be successful.  However I was fortunate enough to rely on the teachings of a few of my mentors to help me start off in the right direction.

One of the first things I learned was that leads are crucial to any business, really leads are the true assets of any business because it allows the business a potential to grow should they have the proper course of action to turn those leads into a source of income.

A lot of people in the MLM and internet marketing industry are able to use many tools to their advantage to put leads through what is known as a sales funnel.  I was fascinated by the automation leaders like Rob Fore and David Wood were able to build into their business and it got me interested in learning how I could build my business more like theirs.

So I started to dig because as Rob Fore says, “Success leaves clues.”  So I did my research coordinated with my mentor and that is when I discovered the beauty of the funded proposal and how it is helping these leaders pre-qualify their leads in a sense while generating an income for their marketing efforts all before they even come close to offering people the opportunity to work with them in their perspective businesses.  I was blown away and immediately set goals and took action.

What Is the Funded Proposal

If I was to sum up the funded proposal into one sentence it would be, “ A marketing technique used by professional business owners to generate income and qualify leads in the front-end of their business.”

In most cases a funded proposal has what is known as a small front end offer that is inexpensive and its use applies to many people.  In other words a lot of people can find a use for it in their own business.  Once they buy this small product it opens the door for them and they are able to see all the other products that do cost more, but again now that they have made the purchase they can see the value.  Progressively the products get more expensive as value increases but because most funded proposals have a highly developed sales funnel which causes the lead to want to buy more.

The Product of the Funded Proposal

In essence once a prospect or lead goes through the sales funnel built into the funded proposal they are able to tell the business owner two things:  One that they are interested in learning how to grow their business and put in the effort it takes to do so.  Secondly, after the lead or prospect goes though the funnel it allows the business owner a prime opportunity to recruit into their business.

You see a lot of business owners out there prefer to qualify their own leads and some don’t even do that.  Look at it like this:  When you buy a home or a car, or apply for a job or join an exclusive club what happens?  There is some type of interview process.  What a funded proposal does for business owners is allow their leads to go though a type of interview process.

At the end of the process the business owner is then able to make a decision because at that point the leader is able to see the level of commitment the lead or prospect has and in some cases has developed a relationship with them. Thus giving them a prime recruit in many cases to offer their business opportunity to.

Who Uses The Funded Propsal

Well  a lot of network marketers out there use the funded proposal in the front-end of their business to pre-qualify their leads while allowing them to draw income that allows them to fund their marketing efforts.  Veteran marketers will use it for the same purpose because they don’t want to take the chance of offering a position in their home business without first determining their level of credibility and drive.

But the beautiful thing is that even new marketers can take advantage of this prime marketing technique and get the results that leaders in the industry get should they implement the funded proposal in the correct manner.
