That sentence is worth more than most of what gets written in this business, because almost nobody puts it in writing.
Her useful post explains swipe copy, meaning an email somebody else wrote that you have permission to send as your own. She admits she is bad at writing her own, especially when selling something she genuinely believes in, and walks through what to change before sending it.
