If you are marketing on the internet, you must link your business website to your blog. This should be a “given”, but if you’re new to the blogging world, you may not know. That’s ok. You know now.

Remember to make sure you have all your contact info and link directly to your company website at least once in your blogging posts. Think about the content you are sharing. You don’t have to be a guru or know it all…just offer something like tips on how to be successful in network marketing, video marketing tips, blogging tips, etc.

Is your blog too much about you and how great you are OR are you sharing personal failures as well as success stories? Start doing research before you blog and use thought provoking content in order to attract quality people to whatever it is you’re offering. It is good idea to ask your readers questions to get them involved. You could ask for their input for instance, “What are some killer blogging tips that YOU can offer?”

Here’s one of those tricky blogging tips…..Publish blog content frequently or regularly. We are guilty of being lackadaisical in this department. We always talk about consistency in the network marketing industry, and yet we don’t always walk the walk when talking the talk. We do take action though, which is most important. We are works in progress just like the rest of you. We have no excuse. It’s proven that if you’re consistent, more people will follow you. This takes focus. You may have to shut everything out for a certain amount of time in order to really focus on the tasks at hand. Turn off the t.v.,video games,  phones, etc. -NO distractions! Go somewhere quiet and get to work. Come up with a schedule and stick to it.

Optimize your blog with certain keywords in order to rank high in the search engines. SEO stands for search engine optimization and this can be difficult to understand for newbees, even we struggle with it at times.

Basically you just want to make sure that whatever subject you are writing about has the keywords in the title of the post and then as many times as possible throughout the post as well. There are some other blogging tips and tricks like making the keyword bold, italicized and even underlined. Having H2 and H3 headlines are pertinent to have as well.

Promote your content on social media. You can do this via social networks and social media sites. You simply brand yourself on such sites, creating a presence where others look to you for value, then share your newest blog post link like this one:  7 Blogging Tips in groups, forums, on your profile, etc. Also be sure others can share your content by adding social buttons onto your blog.
