Everybody talks about how important mediation or visualization is to attracting what you want.

However, when you’re first getting started it can be overwhelming and difficult to stay focused during your mediation practice, especially if you’re ‘A.D.D.’ like me.

It’s a simple visualization technique that only takes 5-10 minutes a day, and is perfect for anyone who KNOWS they should be visualizing… but can’t seem to find the discipline.

Law of Attraction Tips – Simple Visualization Tip Video

Watch the video on Youtube:

Lets take for example that you’d like to visualize generating more money and wealth.

Common practice suggests that you should visualize the feelings, emotions, and daily activities that you would associate with becoming wealthy, in order to attract more wealth.

I don’t know about you, but as soon as I close my eyes and begin imagining something so broad, I quickly become distracted.

And, even if I have specific goals in mind, I feel like I zoom through them so quickly I have nothing left to meditate on.

Here’s the solution:

Instead of visualizing generating more money and wealth, focus on just ONE aspect of what would come from that and make that the center of your practice for the next 5-10 minutes.

So for me, I might imagine what it would be like to have a private chef every night of the week.

During my visualization practice, I would go through how my life would be different if I didn’t have to cook for myself anymore.

I would visualize how relaxed I would feel not having to worry about cooking.

I would visualize exactly what it would be like for them to cook my favorite dishes, in indescribable detail.

I would feel the textures and flavors rush through my mouth with every bite.

I would relish the feeling of being waited on, in my own home, and that on the next morning when I came into my kitchen it’s completely spotless and no dishes are in sight.

I would visualize the sound of their voice as they ask me, “Mr. Gonzales, what would you like me to cook you for dinner?”

Are you getting the picture?

You can take just ONE thing that results from whatever you’re visualizing, and make that the focus of your 5-10 minute meditation in crazy detail.

Does that take the pressure off or what?

Make this simple visualization technique a part of your daily practice, and see how much easier it become to stay consistent and start getting real results from your meditation.

How about you? Do you have any law of attraction tips related to visualization and meditation?

Please share them in the comments below!

  1. I can absolutely see how that would take the pressure off. Awesome tips and extremely helpful. I also love the cover photo on this post. =)
For me, I find having meditative type music playing in the background helpful. Not regular music, but something like Yoga mantras, or even a brainwave entrainment type sound playing.
Thanks for your tips, I will try them out and let you know how it goes.
    Brightest Blessings to you both,
    Alicia

  2. Hello Avram, awesome post on how to do effective short meditation and visualization to achieve any desire result wanted. I totally agree, 5 to 10 minutes is enough to visualize and manifest the experience that money will bring. Thanks

  3. Loved the way you “chunked it down” … I’m ADD’er too and short is good!

  4. This is awesome Avram!
I’m always having trouble focusing ad meditating, because it seems as if I have lot of thins running on my mind!
I loved your tips and will defiantly put it into action!

  5. Yes! I love my brainwave app! Definitely helps keep my creativity on high!
    Thanks for dropping by Alicia!

  6. Great tips Avram. I always had trouble sitting and visualizing. My mind would wander all over the place. I find that getting away from all the distractions and going outside in nature helped me a lot. I almost get lost in my visualization during my walks as if it is really happening…. the smells, the sounds surrounding that which my goal would allow me to have.. that was key. Great video. Thanks for sharing.

  7. Great tip Avram, I like that, breaking it down into bite size pieces with simple visualization. Thanks for sharing that, you always bring so much value into my life and others as well!

  8. Nice tip Avram. Bit sized chunks that an easily distracted mind can handle. In my day they didn’t call it ADD, they would just roll their eyes and label me a hopeless dreamer.

  9. Yes! This is very helpful!
Meditation has changed my life and using the visualization technique is going to expand my awareness even more. I can feel it. Thank You!
