Personal Training…Horrible 40% commissions…50-60 hour WORK WEEKS…NO LIFE…
This is something that ‘sparked’ an IDEA from a conversation I had earlier today with my girlfriend’s sister.
I remember working those OUTRAGEOUS hours at the gym, 10-12 hours, building relationships with OUR members, and ANSWERING to the ‘Big Boss’ by saying…
…”I have some PT coming in and a few memberships, please don’t fire me, I promise I will SELL something for YOU, because remember I don’t do this for ME”….
Whoops…did I just say that?
I think I did!
Sound familiar anyone?
This is SAD!…The feeling YOU get when you feel like your JOB is on the line EVERYDAY because YOUR job title consist of YOU making SOMEONE ELSE MONEY!!!
WHY?…
As a personal trainer YOU do ALL THE WORK!!!
YOU build the RELATIONSHIPS…
You train the people you’ve built relatinships with…
You design diets and exercise programs for the people you’ve buit relationships wih…
YOU help the people create the RESULTS that YOUR PEOPLE ‘DESIRE’….
ALL for what?…
To let some CEO take 2/3 of your MONEY away.
Why?
Why would YOU build SOMEONE ELSE’S network BIGGER than it already is, if YOU could BUILD YOUR OWN???
Well, because it’s EASY to SETTLE…
…and HARDER to CHOOSE to do it ON YOUR OWN…
That’s the FAMOUS answer.
What if YOU could BROADCAST your “Expertise” to the WORLD online?
…and find the people that NEED what YOU KNOW?…
…better yet, let them find YOU 24/7?…
…and YOU collect 100% of what YOU charge for WHAT YOU KNOW?…
Do you NEED that ‘slave drivin’ gym job NOW?…
