Looking Back on Earlier Thankfulness is a TOUCHSTONE For Me!

Sometimes it just really is a touchstone to look back over some writings I meant for myself.
I’m curious. Does anyone else find writing to be a touchstone?

A Touchstone Sort of Place
I can think of three writers off the top of my head, who were they inclined to acknowledge me (since two are no longer with us — in the flesh, as it were — perhaps they are, perhaps not), they would not at all surprise me by saying yes: Earnest Hemingway, Robert B. Parker and Stephen King. I say that because they wrote so prolifically. That, and that their writing often provided a touchstone for me.
What I really started with in my mind was going back to the “Thank Thee” writings with which I began my day for a number of weeks through a gruesome summer of 84 degree indoor temperatures (every day). A new sampling follows, and I think you will recognize what I would refer to as a touchstone.
I AM thankful. I feel very grateful to be doing this exercise every day for over seven weeks now. Selfishly, I suppose, I am especially grateful for what I am gaining from doing it. Clearly, appreciation is at a much higher vibration than complaining and caterwauling – as one might hope. For my benefit, the higher vibration interprets to greater peacefulness and happiness, and that feeeeeeeeeeeels good, which is inexpressibly valuable on a personal level, but a nice additional bonus is that I can observe the difference in other humans, and that makes me feel good.
A Touchstone Appears Here In An Idea That Tends to Peak and Wane — Not the Touchstone, the Idea
I am going to “get” all this stuff, yet. And, I am going to profit from it! Hurray! Preferably sooner, rather than later! So, am I thankful? I am, I am, I am! Is there thankfulness without awareness? Perhaps not. Another reason it is so important that I do this writing. You know, the taxi idea is really on my mind. I’m thinking that a part of that is some aspect of me is saying that it really is time I get out there and “mix it up”. And, I’ve just thought how truly exciting and rewarding it could be to shuttle business owners back and forth and master mind ideas about websites that could benefit them personally and in terms of their local businesses! Yee Haw! Have I mentioned recognizing when there is idea flow I am in the Vortex? Which reminds me I want to understand better what Bashar teaches about the different levels of mind. This is definitely me paying homage and love to myself. Thank Thee, Thank Thee, Thank Thee!
