Day Two of the challenge and Why It’s Important to Change Things up Sometimes

Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.

So once again I was up at about 4:15am today,

and it’s about 9pm and definitely feeling it, but got a lot done today.  (Watch the Video I shot yesterday about day one by

or at the bottom of the post)

Feeling the drag, but after eight years of commercial fishing in Alaska, I know that the initial shift in sleep patterns and times will subside after a week or so. Production is incredible now, and there is just so much time.

Going to get better as the days go by, and as they say it takes about 21 days to change a habit. I believe that to an extent, but in my experience change happens in an instant. Sometimes you just decide to do something different, and what this is really about.

People naturally need to seek change in order to grow, as humans we need to change or life gets benign and boring. Sometime this change is something as simple as writing in a journal or walking for 15 minutes a day.

It could even be listening to new music or something similar.

Some Times Change Is Needed On a Larger Scale –

For me I decided to change it up because I wanted to see what happened. I wasn’t getting enough sleep and felt productivity levels decreasing, this could be my demand I put on myself. But regardless this has changed everything, in just a short two days; I have started really getting clarity about my goals.

I’ve always had goals, but now they are very set and defined.

It’s funny but one discipline in an area of your life and it feeds into all others. We will see how this will 30 day challenge goes, but I have very good feelings about this and will let you all know how it goes.

My favorite part is getting my exercise done before it’s even light out, it gives a great sense of accomplishment to start the day.

Thanks for reading and for anyone who is looking to work online you can go to and learn more.

Thanks –

Hank
