Interview with Eric Raaijman about CA-jA

Who are You and what is your story and what made you turn to Network Marketing? What drew you to this Industry?

I am Eric Raaijman 43 years old, single, living in the Netherlands. I’m an open minded man with ambition and a burning desire to succeed, I think out of the box and I learn on a daily bases.

I  was working for 20 years in the hospitality branches as a bartender, and I was in the party catering also what I enjoy because I like to work with people, that’s why I like network marketing: you work with people and helping them and let them see that they can achieve so much more if they just want to work for it and learn.

And now I work as a forklift driver for a big  logistic service provider loading and unloading of trucks.

And at the time that I work t as a bartender in the Van der Valk hotel in Amersfoort, I worked there for 4 or 5 years and there came a lot of network marketing companys that held meetings and trainings  there and after-wards they came into the bar and had some great partys.

And I was hearing all of the stories and I was thinking to myself: “hm, let’s go to one of these meetings and let’s see if this is something for me?”

And at that time we had a night porter  in the hotel were I became good friends with, and still are today, and he was already doing network marketing and when I had closed the bar and after I cleaned up I talked to him sometimes till 6 am in the morning about the network industry, because what I heard in the bar was not letting go of me, and he told me what I know today, and what not to do and what your must does are.

So if you ask me: What drew you to this Industry?

Then it’s the things I heard in the bar with the network people that came there but also my good friend the night porter and also the money that you can make in the industry

What made you choose CA-jA?

When there comes an opportunity on your path some people don’t see the potential  of it, but when I had a skype with a friend of mine and he said to me there is something coming, and we’re one of the first to get in in CA-jA  it’s coming out of Vienna Europe and I heard him speak on what the founders will do and so on than I was saying to him: count me in in this because this is so good – the product, the pay plan.

And the simplicity  of the product  makes that people that are working, networking or selling, with CA-JA, have great success!

Everyone can do this and ask: ”do you want a candy?”

Who are your founders of  CA-jA and what is their vision for the company?

Andreas Fitzthum is the CEO and the ‘Head of CA-jA’. He developed and demonstrated his commercial and strategic abilities over a period of 14 years, during which time he was a sales manager in the insurance industry. His business contacts and private experiences introduced him to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and he has been focussed on this field for several years. Finding out the recipe from the Tibetan healing doctrine was one of his crucial experiences. This recipe formed the basis for CA-jA. This was the experience that motivated him to find experienced people who could further develop both the product and a sales channel.

And the vision for the company = In the long term, the products manufactured by CA-jA cinnamon GmbH should become a fixed component of daily life.

Tell Me the most important points or Highlights of CA-jA

CA-jA stands for innovation and know-how
CA-jA specialises in manufacturing and marketing products that contain cinnamon (‘Ceylon cinnamon’, which only contains a very small quantity of coumarin). In the beginning, CA-jA was focussed on developing a unique, high-quality ‘lifestyle bonbon’. True to its motto of ‘Old values. Newly discovered.’, the company adapted a 2000-year old Tibetan recipe into an innovative product that is now well-placed in the market.

What is the #1 question you get about CA-jA and the Unique objections You get from prospects about your CA-jA? How do you answers them?

You eat tree times a day a bonbon and you lose weight, come on that cannot be!
And I tell them then that the main ingredients of CA-jA is cinnamon and therefore you lose weight.

But cinnamon is helping by a lot of problems as we now get more and more feedback from people that are using CA-JA.

Cinnamon its not only a fat burner but if you have high blood pressure, if you are a diabetic and a lot of other ailments cinnamon can help.

How do you market your business and how do help your team with their business?

I do it part on the internet so people know what I’m doing, through social media and call people up word wide on skype.

But the best marketing and what works best with CA-jA is when people taste the bonbon so they can experience it right a way when they taste the bonbon and the bonbon does the marketing and the selling for you.

And I go in beauty salons, nails salons, shops and so on and I say that I work with CA-jA  its new product that we are setting in the market and  if they want to earn 100% profit?
And if they are interested in it I leave a box of CA-jA  and some info there so that the customers can taste CA-jA  and they can read what is CA-jA  and dear for the owner can see immediately if there is an interest for the product.

And as far as helping my team: I talk the walk and I lead by example!
So if I told my team that you can do it better so and so I have done that already.
And if they need help, if they want me to talk to people and so on they just have to call me and I will do that
