Being overwhelmed, how to overcome that!!!

In the beginning of this year my employers had a meeting with me where they discuss with me any work related issues, such as whether I am happy work at the company, what in my opinion would I like to have different, etc. I have mentioned that they do not give me enough responsibilities, that I want more exposure into the industry and project and so on. Well they have listened to my request and given me more responsibilities.
It is about half way through the year, and the workload is getting a lot because I have to constantly keep learning new skills. See I have this business with Empower Network, studying in currency trading, learning about real estate investing, and whole lot of other information and skills that is required for me to achieve my dream lifestyle. To honestly admit all the new information and project is making me feel overwhelmed. It feels like I am under some kind of whole that I have dug for myself, and do not know how to get out of it. However, I do know how to get myself out of it.
In fact it reminds me of a story I once read about a donkey that fell into an empty grave. They donkey had no way of getting out, because the grave was way too deep for him to get out. The poor animal was crying like nothing ever heard of. The farmer heard the cries and came to see what had happened. After he saw the donkey in the whole he already knew that there was no possible way for the donkey to get out of that grave. The only thing the farmer could think of was to simply bury the donkey alive by throwing on top of it. Some of the other farm workers came over to help the farmer bury the donkey even faster. When the donkey found out that he is being buried alive his cries became even louder. The poor animal was just standing there and allowing him to be buried alive, until he was almost knee deep under the sand. He realised at that point that he can get his feet out of the sand and stand on top of the sand which will elevate him slightly higher. Every time the farm workers threw sand on top of him, he shook it off and stood on top of another small layer of sand. They all continued this until the donkey was finally able to just life his legs and step out of the hole.
When you areoverwhelmed by something, take it small layers at a time to elevate yourself to higher ground. Soon you will realise that you can just step out of the whole that you have dug for yourself. Don’t allow yourself to be buried alive, you have the choice to get out the grave or lay there and become only a memory.
