You must use “keywords”
A keyword is a word or phrase that someone types into Google to find information. Always make sure you have a good range of your targeted keyword throughout your article. In the title, content, URL and names of images. This will also boost your SEO score.

WARNING – Putting loads of keywords into your content and it will get labelled SPAM! Search Engines hate this type of content and will take no notice of it. Be careful and I would recommend putting your keyword in your content around 4 times ( for an average 500 word article/post)

Create a sitemap
Adding a site map — a page listing and linking to all the other major pages on your site — makes it easier for spiders to search your site.
Creating a sitemap will allow Google to find you easier and allow the search engine spiders to search through your site.
Search Engine Basic URL’s
Your URLs can be made more search engine safe by having a keyword clear in the address.

It’s less easy to understand if, for example ‘www.footballnews.com/56984/s258.html’.
A dynamic URL can lead people away from your website as it is not clear what they came here for is exactly there. When the URLs clearly describe what page they are going to you stand more chance of keeping that visitor on your site longer.
No Flash On Website
Flash does look amazing on websites but it doesn’t do anything for your SEO. Flash , using Frames and AJAX all have something in common…….. you can’t link to pages. Please do not use these 3 on your website if you want to get good high rankings.
Inside the Images..
Spiders inside search engines can only search by text and not images. this is why you need to create words linked to your images very precise
Inside your images you will see a ALT TAG option. Simply use a keyword in this field which links to your image.
Also adding captions and a title can allow the spiders to search more information within your images. REMEMBER they can only find TEXT!
CONTENT
The most important part of your post/article – CONTENT!
Your content always needs to be fresh and 100% unique ( not copied from anywhere)
