Evernote is a handy and versatile notebook that will become indispensable to you once you start using it.

This super simple photo annotation app may not have a lot of bells and whistles, but it has all the features you need presented in an easy to use, accessible layout. Skitch lets you annotate photos quickly and efficiently. Choose from a photo from your album, camera, screenshot, the web or a map and start scribbling. You can also share your annotated photos quickly via email, Twitter or Facebook or even AirPlay for presentations. It also integrates with Evernote for efficient organization.

One of the most-used chat clients on computers, Yahoo Messenger is still one of the go-to messaging solutions for offices, long-distance lovers and chatty friends. The best part is the messenger’s SMS service feature where you can send a text message to phone numbers using your Yahoo account. Those who are always on the field or prefer mobile offices have to have Dropbox in their lives. Dropbox lets you access important files and folders from any device wherever you are. This is a handy tool for office teams and collaborators; you can share folders with each other without needing to shuttle a file back and forth via email or a physical hard drive or USB stick. Simply put any file in a Dropbox folder and you will have access to it on whichever device where the Dropbox app is installed.  No more forgetting files from your computer, thanks to this app.
