Lyoness is a network marketing company that was founded back in 2003 by Hubert Fedl. The company originated in Austria, and operates throughout Europe and is now bringing their opportunity to North and South America.

They are slightly different than most network marketing companies in that it’s not products they’re promoting, but memberships. The company provides discounts and cash-back options for you as a member, when you purchase goods or services through one of their partnered retailers.

In Europe these cash-backs are received through a special membership card, while The Americas you must purchase gift card via the company’s website.

Lyoness Scam – Is It Really Network Marketing

Lyoness is slightly different than the normal network marketing business model. They aren’t technically a network marketing company, however its members do receive compensation similarly.

As a member you receive cash back by signing up other new members. You’re also compensated anytime the people you brought in make. So it is essentially like a referral program.

Lyoness profits off of the cash back option it has in place with its partners. If you are a qualified member, a percentage of these profits is shared with you.

Lyoness Reviews – So No Lyoness Scam?

There is no Lyoness scam to have to worry about. This is a real and legitimate company that provides a service of value. Often people put the claim of scam on a network marketing company because they believe the entire industry to be a scam due to their past failures in a company.

Network marketing and in particular, this company, is not a scam, and provides a real opportunity for you to earn income from home.

Lyoness Reviews – Becoming Successful

If you’ve decided to join Lyoness and promote the company so that you can earn an income, you’re going to need people to market to.

What most network marketing companies tell you (and other Lyoness reviews won’t mention this) is to promote to your warm market (friends and family).

This mainly and old-school strategy that doesn’t work as effectively in 2013 as it did 10-20 years ago.
