This can be done for free by utilizing the Google Keyword Tool. Use this tool to find one targeted keyword for your post for that day. Remember that you need to use that same targeted keyword in your backlinking/article marketing and your content that follows the first initial blog.

How to Make My Blog Popular with SEO Posts

Any posts you have created prior to using keyword research need to be redesigned with that keyword in mind. Go back and rewrite or fix any posts you have previously written to focus or use the new targeted keyword(s) for your blog.
