Do You Have A Solid Vision If Your Upline Quits?
Having a solid vision in your business can make a difference if your upline quits.
How do you deal with it if your sponsor or your upline quits in whatever marketing, or homebased business that you joined?
It makes you ask yourself if you should jump with them, or stay with the company that you are with. Should you follow them in whatever they do? There are many successful marketers that have dealt with this very issue.
You need to find out why your upline left, and evaluate the reason for it. And then make your decision based on that, AND the overall vision of the company to decide what is going to be best for you.
Mike talks about this in the video below, and the key is.. knowing if you have a rock solid vision that is going to help you with whatever decision and route that you take when this happens.
Here is my view on this when it really comes right down to it….you don’t ALWAYS follow YOUR leader…..,..,you follow THE leaders that have a solid vision, and are making it happen!
When you join a company and you have a clear vision of where you want to be, it is equally as important to know that the company that you are involved with ALSO has a clear vision and is rock solid in where they have been, and where they are going.
Because if your company doesn’t have a solid vision, and room to improve and to become the best, then your own vision is going to drop as well.
Take a look at the facts, the pay plan, the income disclosure, the leaders involved….just the overall structure of the company itself and all the possibilities and the future that it holds in store for you if you just follow the plan.
