Who Needs To Learn The Best Splash Page Strategies?

I remember when I first started online , I made and created

Some of the worst looking splash page and pages that even you would say , dang

I can do better than that , lol!

So I wanted to write this and give you a few tips when it comes

To building a splash page.

Here are some of my splash page strategies that I have used to

Bring me success.

Your main goal when creating a splash page

Finding your attention grabbing headline.
You want your viewer to be extremely curious as to what you are offering. Let your main sales page do the selling, you just want them to interested in what you have in store for them on your splash page.

You do this by adding a VERY small block of text on your splash page.
For example, if your headline reads ‘Are You Tired of a 9 to 5 Work Schedule’, make sure you have a picture of a ‘tired business person’ or similar graphic and then follow it up with a short paragraph and relate to your viewers own experience with a 9 to 5 job.

Create some bullet points such as ‘learn how to break the 9 to
5 chain’ and really pull your viewer into a sense of urgency. You basically want them thinking, ‘Hey, if I click this link it could really make a difference, I wonder what they are offering?’….

Perfect!

When you get that reaction from a page viewer you are almost guaranteed to grab a lead on your splash page. So with your attention grabbing headline and image, you have pulled in your prospect, but now by creating curiosity, you have turned a once fly by night exchange user, into a potential lead from your splash page.

Layout Of Your Splash Page

Always keep the important elements above the fold on your splash page so people don’t

Have to scroll down to see it.

Things like your bullet points and your

Opt-in form. Usually people will not scroll down to look at your info on your splash page

Unless you draw their interest to start with.

I have found that if you place an images on the left and your opt-in form

On the right , it seems to get better results with your splash page. I read somewhere that it has to do

With your how your brain registers from left to right. I don’t really study all the

Technical jargon , all I know is what my test results tell me , it works.

Keep it simple , I have tried flashy and fancy looking splash page with not much results.

As soon as I changed my strategy to simple , my results soared. Just plain white back Ground , with some good text colors like , red , blue , and yellow.

I don’t like banner templates at the top , they take away from your above the fold Space. This might be great for your home page , blog , or even your sales page , but you want the people coming to your splash page to see as much content as possible Above the fold , especially if your advertising your splash page in traffic exchanges or Safe-list.

When using these types of places to advertise you don’t have much time to Get visitors attention , so every second counts on your splash page.

Loading time is another thing to take into consideration , if your splash page takes too long to Load up , people will leave your splash page and you will leave a bad impression on them and Probably will never come to your splash page again.

Take it easy on how many images you put On your splash page , since this is the major factor in loading time. Loading time also plays a big role in your S.e.o. , the faster your splash page loads the higher your ranking , well among other things , but That is an article for another day.

That about wraps up my splash page strategies for today , I hope you got some value from These strategies that you can put to work for your business.

If you don’t have the means or resources to create your own splash page I recommend You check out 90 second squeeze page by clicking here.
