What do I expect from the Empower Network Event in Chicago

Here we only a few weeks away from or next big event in Chicago and I am getting excited about it and I can not wait to meet all of our team members who decided to come as well.

Over the years I heard how important it is to go to events and how important it is to help not just individual but also the whole team.

I went to a lot of events but I have noticed 1 common thing every time I went which eventually made me not go anymore.

At every event there are guest speakers which is cool but every time a guest speaker comes on, there will be a product sale attached to it. In the beginning I thought it was cool getting someones product for a good price but overtime I realized that most events are only sales pitches and that is just not what I am believing in.

To many people struggle, to many people trying to fight the fight by themselves, they are trying to go to the events by scraping up the last few dollars they have, in the hope that the event will change their business existence. They come to these events to be spiritually lifted and emotionally prepared to take on the world when it comes to building their business, but at the end of the day they are just ask to buy more products if they want to excel and be on the top of the leaders boards.

AND THAT I HATE -What is the point of it?

I stopped going to any events, I did no see any purpose in it anymore even thou I am such a big believer in events and the almost magical power it has on people if they can only do it without the Sales Pitch.

When I joined the Empower Network I was a little hesitated when it came to the events because I knew how it go down…

So I did not go, why would I ..right?

After the Empower Event a friend told me everything about it and the first question I had was HOW ANY PRODUCTS DID THEY SELL?

HE said NONE ……

Unbelievable, I could not grasp my mind around it.

After a few hours of thinking I realized what the Empower Network is all about and it sure is not selling one product after the next at their events. It is all about empowering their people, speaking to them about one thing and one thing only which is ……… of course

I went ahead and immediately bought tickets and plane tickets for the next event and when the time came to go, I injured my back pretty bad and could not go. I figured okay I missed that one but I WILL BE AT THE NEXT EVENT which is coming up in April 2013 in Chicago.

Tickets in hand I will go because I know I will experience empowerment in Chicago not just through the speakers but more likely through my team being there. I am looking forward to it and all the conversations I am going to have with all my team mates.

So what do I expect from the Event?

EMPOWERMENT NOTHING LESS

I love it and I am stoked, if you are in Empower and still on the fence about going go ahead and buy the ticket you wont regret it.
