What to do when Things Seems so Difficult by Sean Terry

Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.

Sean already mentioned a lot of facts that can help us live a life of freedom using Real Estate as a vehicle. He already gave us an insight what to do, where to go, who to find and how to deal with it. You know you get a contract from a seller and a buyer then you turn around and spread the difference. Not just that he already thought us where to find motivated sellers and the advantage of having a database of cash buyers. Use the right keywords and eventually generate leads that way.

He also taught us how to write a contract and deal with escrow companies. How to follow the clients and negotiate the buyers. This podcast is definitely a road map to everything you need to know when it comes to Real Estate. Still no matter what he teaches us, if we don’t work hard, we won’t be able to get our desired results. No business will ever prosper with just a half effort exerted on it. People would work harder than they’ve ever worked before to go out and get results. If you want to be successful in what you do you have to work hard for it. Give it your best shot, and all you’ve got.

In this episode it will make you realize what you have to do to make Real Estate work for you. The variable is the person because Real Estate works. The bottom line is “What does it takes to make it in this business?” You’ve got to work harder ever than you worked before to have the freedom to do the things you want to do. The reason why you’re listening to this podcast is you’re dissatisfied with your current situation and you want to do more. If you want something so bad that you would do whatever it takes to achieve your goals. It’s going to be a rough road, because you want to achieve something more than a lot of people do. What Sean did is if it’s not working he worked harder. So what would you probably do if you’re in his shoe?

Never quit, quitter never wins. How would you feel being the person who quit? Will you ever get anything when you quit? Definitely NO! So if things are not working you should stop and try to re-evaluate your situation. Give away something and welcome new ideas. You have to believe in yourself, or find someone that inspires you and motivates you. Find someone that you resonates with and block everything out. Always remember that the pain of regret is more severe than the pain of failure. There’s going to be “What IF’s?” and that will hunt you till you die.

Then you must be a vision engineer, know exactly what you want and do everything you can to achieve it. You should make a decision and commit to it. Keep in mind that you are the master of your own destiny. Who’s going to fight for your dream? It’s going to be nobody else but you.

So the deal is you’re going to be all in, do whatever it takes, commit. You have to get the attitude and make it work. You’re going to do it and work hard. Make things happen and overcome all the obstacles. There is no magic pill that will make things work out for you unless you do it yourself. Pick something, focus on it and give it everything you’ve got. Eventually you will realize success. Lastly you don’t have anyone else you can count on (except God) to make success yours.

This podcast episode is very moving. So much emotion from Sean, hearing what his been through to get where he is right now inspires a lot of people. To put it simple Sean wanted to change his life situation so much and He did everything he could to do it. Lesson learned, “Never give up and do everything you can to achieve your goals”, of course it’s not going to be overnight. Needles to say this podcast brings hope to everyone that wants to change their life around.
