Empower Network trainings have tons of materials on how to find the great contents to blog about, now most of us joined with an experience or background on something that we already familiar with, if not an expert yet. Here is a list of where I personally find additional topics to entertain the general public.

1. BE YOURSELF the best contents are on the topics that you know the best. And who can know you better than you? (maybe your significant other?) but, write about your story, what did you go through and what are you going through … interact with those who are interested. Here is a blog on Master communication/ narrating yourself, art of story telling.

2. HOT TOPICS
What are people talking about today? These are what people are looking for online, in the news and out and about. Find these topics on CNN/ Alexa/ google trend…etc. And spent a few minutes to read or watch the video, then write YOUR opinion, thoughts, and feelings …

3. HOT SITES
USE Google, if you have some information search thoughts. And go to Youtube for Entertaining topics or the popular how-tos, you can embed a video in YOUR blog to write about and share with others; get on Facebook for connect and social topics, use Wikipedia for general information sharing; employ Ebay and / or Amazon for buy and sell stuff, you can write a product review on the most searched or bought products (HIT: walk around the house or apartment, and see what you have that are for sale on these sites! Oh, do not forget the garage 🙂

4. TV SHOWS
Do you like Reality TV shows (the ALL STAR Apprentice? OPRAH?), write your favorite TV shows. People are also watching these and they are interested ( this is the only method i do not personally use… because i do not watch TV, we call it a trash box.)

Last but not lease, here is what i suggest you do to make your content more interesting or entertaining to readers. Read the Best seller books daily, see what kind of topics they are master of, and examine how these best selling authors communicate their ideas in writing, learn from them and implement them on your writings. There is a reason that they are best selling authors, hint hint!
