My condolence to the victims in this deadly TERRORIST ATTACK just happened in the 2013 BOSTON MARATHON.
MY heart goes out to you city of Boston, with Prays.
Then, I want to pro- peace. Because I cannot give another bit of power over to the terror.
Now, I know we cannot ignore this tragedy, and I don’t mean in anyways to pretant it didn’t happen.
I can’t.
But, when we focus more on these type of tragedies, we automatically give the evil doers more power in their action. We attract more of these violence.
Instead, let us focus on promoting peace amongst the chaos.
Here is what I found: The great heroes of our history all promote peace in their tragic times.
Jesus of Nazareth was and is our prime example, never once did he promote war against war in his ministry to the humankind; even when the brutal death was upon himself on that cross, he asked the Creator to forgive the evil doers.
Gandhi of India was a legend peace promoter, when him and his followers were oppressed by the enemy, being mistreated in every way, never once did he start a riot, all he did was to sit in silence with his followers, promoting peace.
Martin L King jr. fought for African-American civil right with Peace. When the white Americans spoke down on him and his followers, he didn’t say don’t mistreat the Black folks, he didn’t raise weapon to want to fight back, instead, he promoted Peace with
‘I Have a Dream’
Mother Teresa did not lead the oppressed and the poor to fight back the rich folks, or start blaming everyone else, but instead, she promote peace and Love, and she demonstrated her love for her followers to promote peace among the chaos and disease.
The list can go on….And
I do not know why the BOSTON MARATHON BOMBS happened to the city of Boston, like many of you, I do not have the answer, but I know who does.
The Creator allowed this to happen, for a reason, there is a purpose in this tragedy.
Maybe He wants to once again tell us that we ought to treasure every moment with our loved ones,
Maybe he wants to work miracles among us,
And maybe, just maybe, he wants us to focus in Him, and to remember Peace in Him…
I don’t know.
And I am heartbroken for the hurt,
And I know this could happen where I am, any moment.
This is life.
All I have is now,
Have you ever wondered why God did not tell us our last day on this earth?
We don’t know when is our time, I don’t know if a suicide bomber, or a gunman would show up where I am tomorrow….
Maybe, it is God’s way of telling me to love my friends and family while I can.
While I still have now.
While ….
I can bring more peace to this world, together, you and I can make this place more peaceful to live in.
love Boston.
