You Know You’re a Twimom When…

Ok, this is just a bit of fun to get away from all the ‘boring’ business stuff !
However! Do not take this lightly…being a Twimom is a serious matter/trend/reality/phenomenon/status/occupation/issue…whatever you wanna call it.
When my teenage daughter (the very one who got me into the Twilight saga books & movies) noticed that I was talking and comparing everything to Twilight, Edward, Bella, Jacob and so on… she said: ‘Mom, you’re turning into a Twimom’…
‘What?! They have a term for it?! What does it mean?! Am I really a Twimom?!!!’
But from what I gathered, being a Twimom is different from being a mom who likes Twilight books & movies… Twimoms tend to be slightly more obsessive about the whole thing…
So here’s a good indicator (again, just for fun):
You know you’re a Twimom when…
• You’ve read the 4 books at least twice and watch the movies each time you’ve nothing to do (all the time)
• You have Twilight pictures & posters in your bedroom
• You know and shout the lines of the movies even before your teenage daughters do
• You own (and wear) a Bella ring
• You own a ‘Team Edward’ (usually-moms like Edward rather than Jacob) badge, key ring, mug, T-shirt or any merchandise actually, and you’re not embarrassed to display it in public
• You’ve joined a Twimom group on facebook
• You think your husband or boyfriend is the image of Edward (when he looks nothing like him)
• You think your best male friend is the image of Jacob (when he looks nothing like him)
• You start speaking in Twilight lines all the time. Ex: ‘kids, I’ve made Italiano, it gave me an excuse to use the kitchen for the 1st time’ or ‘ hold on tight spider monkey’
• You’re planning your next holiday to Italy or Forks
• You’re planning your next honeymoon on Isle Esme after you’ve found out where Isle Esme really is (and even if you’re already married)
• The only Halloween costumes options are vampire or werewolf
• You’ve planned your viewing of Breaking Dawn Part 2, 12 months in advance
• You start wondering if vampires could actually be real
• You write a blog about being a Twimom!!!
PS. I don’t think I’m really a Twimom (probably just a phase in my case) but I do love Edward and my boyfriend IS the image of him!
And we are going to Isle Esme on our honeymoon…which will be on the 13th August!
