You were more than likely shaking, when your hand approached the telephone. The actuality was beginning to set in this was the start of your MLM business.

- By exclaiming “I do not know” it’s admitting you are human and it also builds up trust.
Folk can tell when you’re lying, even on the phone!

If you’re still in the MLM business, hopefully you shrugged it off and started again. It’s the one thing you can do to become successful.
