How To Do Spoon Bending With Your Mind

Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.

All over the world special people have the ability to use their mind in a way that most of us would think of a sci fi movie. When in reality these people are able to bend spoons and more by willing them. It seems that when a person has developed the correct areas of the mind it reacts different as does an athlete properly trained for a competition. Spoon bending is an art of the mind and can be taught and learned, but takes focus, training, and the ability to believe in yourself and the energy around you.

Spoon Bending Beginners Lesson

When you first wanted to start bending spoons I am sure you thought it was fake, a magic trick, or something you could never do. On the contrary you are able to do it with the right amount of training and patience. There are excellent nationally acclaimed psychics that have courses on the mind and development for even spoon bending. The person and course you would want to take is from Dick Sutphen. The course is the Dick Sutphen Psychic Seminar. When you start training for spoon bending you should have practiced with a few of the exercises I am about to go into detail below.

Spoon Bending Exercise Tool For Beginners

Spoon Bending training is not hard and you will be amazed at how fast you are able to do these basic mind over matter training exercises. You will want to start by getting a wire hanger. Undo the hanger at the top where it makes the hook. Straighten the wire out so you can measure to the middle of it. Cut the wire in half. With your hand straighten and bend a 4inch section down like an L on both pieces of wire. Now both pieces should look like a L with one long side and a short 4 inch side. You want to be away from all electronics when you do this or the energy from the electronics will mess with the wires. You Just made Dowsing wires.

Spoon Bending Exercise Number One

Spoon bending can become easier when you develop your mind like a trainer does in lifting weights. You strengthen the “muscle” in your mind when you do this more often and have success moving the wires. Hold one wire in each hand at the 4 inch side. Hold the wire tight enough where it can swing side to side, but will not fall from your hand. Start with the wires straight ahead and have a person start walking toward you slowly.

Notice the feeling when the energy of the other person starts making the wires separate from each other or swing to one side. Now that you understand how they work from the energy, as well as how it feels, you can begin strengthening the mind muscle to spoon bending. Practice with the wires and focus your mind to will or ask the wires to the right or left. Keep trying you will get it. It becomes easier and easier. Then move to spoon bending step two.

Spoon Bending Exercise Two

You will need a small glass jar, a cork, a small lead fishing weight, small amount of fishing line, and a small screw. This is a more difficult exercise to bending spoons. Take the jar, fill it half way to three quarters to the top. Get the cork wrap screw in the screw almost all the way in. Tie on the fishing weight. You want the cork with the fishing weight to float in the middle of the water. Half sunk half up to the top. You want to focus on the cork rising up the water to the top. Once you can do that consistently, move on to spoon bending.  Share with others if you like this post and also comment below. Thanks for reading my spoon bending post.
