FRAUD ALERT!!! Beware of ACH Offices Scam

ACH Offices is a company or a group of individuals claiming to be a process serving company. They call people telling them the call back or they will come with the local authorities and serve you with a subpoena for a case against you in court for fraud. I received the phone call from a anonymous number so I let it go to voice mail.
When I listened to the message it was a very rude woman leaving a message to respond to them within 2 hours to avoid court costs and settle the case outside of court. I called back to the phone number she left with me and only was connected to a voice mail not a live person.
After I called ACH Offices twice and still no answer from a person, I asked my wife to look up the company online to see what we could find on the company. There was an overwhelming amount of posts related to the company being a scam. So beware of the issues out there and do not just go paying over the phone for something you do not do your homework on first. Somehow this company ACH offices is getting peoples info when they are doing loans with other companies.
ACH Offices sounds real
when they are on the phone so do not give them any other information or be intimidated at all by them. ACH Offices is plain out a scam. I plan on getting back at them if they ever call me back.
