Keep Calm and Dance…
Yes you heard what I said. Keep calm and dance. If you are feeling crazy take a breath and just do a boogie woogie. I can almost guarentee you will feel better.

We love watching dance hence all the popular tv shows these days. We love shaking and shimming our bodies with others at the local night club.
We buy music from people that can dance, pop stars and hip hop artists sometimes make there career with there ability to captivate an audience with there dance skills.
We find people that can dance a Hot requirement for what we want in a partner. We torch calories and refine our bodies when we dance for just 10 minutes straight.
Dance is by far one of the best ways to bring people together. So keep calm and dance!
In this FAST paced modern world where most of us are just attempting to make it through the day without having a melt down its nice to know that you can unplug and just simply keep calm and dance.
You don’t even need music, there are times when I just start humming or singing to myself and dance along with myself. You can tap almost anything to give yourself a beat.
Keep calm and dance on and get paid what a concept!
As a fun exercise, create your own “stomp” production and see how many different beats you can create just with what you have in your kitchen (get others involved and laugh till your rolling on the floor with a sore belly)
Dance is speaking without talking. So, keep calm and dance on peeps!
Dancing runs deep in our human memories and blood, we’ve danced around fires, danced under flashing lights, danced at weddings, danced at town fares, and even danced on giant cruise boats.
Its been said that 99% of communication is non-verbal, so dancing can say a heckuva lot to anyone watching. The sway of a step says one thing. The cock of your head means another. The slide to the side means something else.
Please, yes please, stop caring what other people think, or stop saying that your not a good dancer or that you have two left feet. Everyone has some form of movement even if it is the classic “white man dance” who cares!
As the saying goes Dance like no one is watching. Dance for yourself, for the enjoyment and sensations you feel inside your body when music is playing and you are grooving.
It doesn’t have to be a competition, it doesn’t have to be a show, all you need to know is just keep calm and dance on.
Genuinely,
KD Churchill
