ZeekRewards Renewal – Subscription Auto-Renew
ZeekRewards Renewal Auto-renewals are processed on the Saturday following the renewal date or the Saturday of the renewal date. As long as you have a valid credit/debit card on file, electronic check on file, Alert Pay, STP subscription set up, or funds set aside from commissions, your renewal will automatically be processed each month.
To check the date of your next renewal in your back-office:
- Click on “Subscription Payment Report And Make A Payment”
- Click on Click Here To Make A Payment
- The renewal date can be found on the top left hand corner of the next page that appears.
If your monthly ZeekRewards Renewal subscription fee is not paid on time, your subscription level is downgraded to free. To return to your original subscription, login and click on upgrade.
ZeekRewards Renewal – Payment
If you used a credit card to sign up initially, but now want to use an AlertPay or SolidTrustPay monthly subscription, to pay your monthly subscription fees, you need to submit a support ticket a week, or two before your renewal is due informing Zeek Rewards Support that you want to switch over to an Alert Pay monthly subscription.
Support will then downgrade you to free and you can then upgrade again through your backoffice using AlertPay or SolidTrustPay. This will set up an AlertPay or SolidTrustPay automatic monthly renewal subscription.
NOTE: Zeek Rewards has added “Retail Zeekler Bid Packs” as a special bonus to ALL monthly subscriptions and work as follows:
- Silver affiliates receive 10 Zeekler Retail VIP bids upon subscription purchase and monthly renewals to use in the Zeekler auctions
- Gold affiliates receive 50 Zeekler Retail VIP bids upon subscription purchase and monthly renewals to use in the Zeekler auctions
- Diamond affiliates receive 100 Zeekler Retail VIP bids upon subscription purchase and monthly renewals to use in the Zeekler auctions
ZeekRewards Renewal has had its problems, so do not assume you are doing something wrong.
