I mean is it possible to fight an enemy if we are targeting from the top? The body is so complex that even fats have two types—visceral and subcutaneous fat. But we’ll be talking more on the second type, the one that is just beneath our skin layers building up in the most areas causing us frustrations. This is the real issue or the real fat we need to focus and burn.

Subcutaneous Fat: The Easiest To Get Rid

The good news is this subcutaneous fat is the easiest and the simplest to burn because it is the most visible. Its most favorite parts to hang out are: hips, buttocks and thighs.

There should be no problem with this type of fat since this also plays an important role in our body to serve as an energy storehouse and cushion if taken of good control. However, our unstoppable eating habits makes everything go the wrong or the opposite way. Over-accumulation then results to a number of health hazards.

6 Easy Steps to Finally Get Rid of Subcutaneous Fat

  1. The phrase, “Consume less than what you expend” makes this step so easy because you just have to cut your calories. A 500 calorie reduction from your daily intake is not that much to be your goal. You can search online in the tracking part of your calories.

  3. You need not actually cut down your number of meals to be taken daily because in fact you need to eat breakfast for your metabolism to get going. What you need to cut down are the junk food and binge eating, few of the reasons of those accumulated subcutaneous fat.
  4. Small frequent meals would be a good idea in controlling your appetite and not saving your energy and appetite for a one big meal. But the meals should be balanced with high fiber complex carbos and protein.
  5. A cardio exercise is another way of aiding you in finally getting rid of subcutaneous fat. Any form can do as long as it improves your heart rate and makes you sweat. Do it in a routine like five days in a week for a duration of 45 to 60 minutes such brisk walking, elliptical training, stair climbing or just spinning.
  6. Muscle exercise is the next for metabolism improvement targeting your whole body. Doing weights builds muscle, improves metabolism while you are sitting at the cosiest seat in your home.  10-12 repetitions is recommended and about 3-4 sets in 2-3x a week. Now tell me who’s subcutaneous fat can’t be get rid of that kind of exercise.
