There Is No Plan B to Success

There’s no Plan B to success; there is just one path forward.
I want to share with you something that I have noticed in my short time marketing online.
I have introduced myself to a few people on Facebook. I have jumped into a lot of Facebook groups and I have seen something that is so common, it doesn’t surprise me that so many people FAIL at internet marketing.
Why is that?
Well, I’m gonna tell you why that is after this quick story.
Something happened to me the other day that made me realize that in order to succeed in my business to the level that I believe (and expect), I’m gonna have to burn ALL bridges and march on like my life depends on it.
I got a job as a dog walker back in October of 2012.
It was one of the few jobs that I did mind working because it allowed me the freedom to be outside with a bunch of dogs. I was able to walk about the forest and just let my thoughts come together.
This is a far different cry from an office job, or my job as a cook. There is much less stress.
Well, the other day I got fired.
Most people would be devastated by that news. My wife was…
My mother was…
I kinda was.
Then I came to a realization that getting fired from my job was the BEST thing that could have ever happened to me. It was because I was going to have to make my business work or else…
I was going to have to commit to building MY business to an income level that I expected because now there was no going back to ANY job EVER.
I had reached a point where I knew that I never wanted to work a job. I wanted my freedom to not only make as much money as I want, but also to able to control my time the way I wanted. A job was not going to allow me to do that.
By burning that bridge, I now knew what my path was. There was no Plan B.
There was no exit route…
Just a path…
So one thing I noticed is the world of internet marketing is how many exit routes there are. There are a lot of marketers out there who are chasing the next best thing and not firmly planting themselves in success; only chasing the shiny new nickel.
There is more success happening in the Empower Network than I’ve seen anywhere else on the Internet. There is more growth happening in the Empower Network from the leaders who are pulling other people out of the weeds and into the limelight.
