Great Tips To Get Started

Need some tips for your successfully capturing leads through your landing page? Having some trouble getting people to opt-in for you? Want to learn some of the greatest tips to get those visitors to sign up? Well you have landed on the right page! I have put together some tips to help you succeed in your quest to build your emailing list. Learn what types of offers work and how you should set up your page for success!

The Landing page also has other names such as squeeze page or lead capture page and helps you build up your emailing list by capturing visitor’s names and email addresses helping you funnel all your potential subscribers into your campaigns. A landing page allows you to automate your sign up process with only having to put the work into it one time. This enables you to focus on one method of driving traffic to save tons of time.

If these following tips are followed right, you will see visitors convert into subscribers in alarming rates.

Tip #1:

The best way to get someone to opt into your mailing list is by offering them something for free. Offer a special report that relates to your site or a sneak peek into your product. Everyone loves something for free! Make sure that the freebie offer is of good quality though. If you give them something that is good useful content, then you won’t only get a subscriber on your list, you will also get buyers. If your initial freebie leaves them with satisfaction and they learned something, then they will want more from you. This is when you offer your paid products and they will be willing to buy them.

Tip #2:

You must write the content of your landing page as professional as you can. Or get someone that knows how to write a landing page to write it for you. It is very important for your page to look as professional as possible to catch the viewers for opt-in. If they see a thrown together site that looks shady, they are most likely not going to opt-in because they won’t trust that the site is safe enough to put in there information. If your site looks professional and gives quality messages, then they will most likely trust the page enough to put in there information.

Tip #3:

There should be no links on your pages that lead to some other website. The point of a landing page is to capture your viewer’s information and add them to your email list. The only pages that you should add to the landing page would be the privacy policy, contact us, and terms of use pages. You can have 3 subpages to your landing page consisting of those 3 pages. Just remember to add the opt-in section as well. If your viewers need to see these pages, they could feel more comfortable about giving you their information. And if you have the opt-in section for them on every page, they won’t have to go back to the main landing page.

Tip #4:

The content on your landing page should state problems they could have without your product and the benefits if they do have your product. Don’t ever go into anything about yourself, it’s a sad fact but very true that people that don’t know you, really don’t care about you. Most people on the internet are looking for instant satisfaction and what they can get out of it for themselves. So play on the benefits fact of your product to get them to opt-in.

Finally

When you are finishing the construction of your landing page you can try to personalize it. Maybe add a picture of yourself and a picture of your hand written signature somewhere. They will see what you look like and know that this page was actually created by a human, instead of a mass production from some company. Also make sure you personalize your thank you page. The thank you page is where they are sent after they give you their information. So make sure you make them feel appreciated. It helps to create a relationship with your list, and keeps them looking forward to your next product.
