What is moving on for you? How do you define it? Is it moving on after a great big breakup with someone you love? Or is it moving on after you have lost you job and everything else. Well, both scenarios I have mentioned really would require moving on. But isn’t it hard to do? Yes, for some it is very hard and some even don’t move on. They just simply stay stagnant and desperate. Psychologically speaking, if someone cannot move on from a certain event in his life there are great chances that the person will experience breakdowns, desperation, and depressions.
Most of the time, these people who are unable to move on will experience trauma and might have some mental health issues.
People would tend to result to alcohol and drugs for them to forget however these won’t help it will only worsen the problem. What we can do is be strong and brave enough to face the trials and struggles that life has to offer. Indeed, there are many spices in life and one of the spices is to try to combat difficulties and emerge as brave individuals. One can even try ask the help of professional like psychiatrist and some self-help groups in order for them to recover from the storm.
From moving on after a lost of a love one, to moving on to after a great big loss; there are so many other ways that an individual can do to divert his or her attention to other more important things in life. It is said that we should never focus on the most trivial things in life. We should always be on track and ready to battle the challenges that life brings. We should not feel down and sorry for what we have experienced, instead we should learn from it and move on.
It may take a little while to move on, as long as there is that driving force within ourselves that keeps telling us to continue and live our life to the fullest. As long as there is still that sun rising and the moon shining brightly, we should always move on and continue to discover life’s surprises. We should always take time to breathe some flowers in the garden and take short walks to the park, even if your alone. It never is the end of the world, even if you have lost someone or your jobs. There are still that someone really meant for you and there are still other opportunities that you can unfold in life. Just be inspired by this song.
