Happy New Year

Another year is saying goodbye. But let’s not waste any time or grief over its passing.

2012 was fun but 2013 promises to be the best year ever. There has never been a better time in history to make things happen, and happen fast.

Someone asked me when was the best time to start your own business? I quickly answered “right now.”

Before you rush out and start making your usual list of lame bullshit New Years resolutions, why not take a few minutes to sit quietly and think about what is really important to you.

I don’t mean you should eat better, and exercise more. Although that’s probably not a bad idea.

No, I mean take a good look at yourself in the mirror of your mind. What do you see? Do you like what you see. Do you like your lot in life? You created it.

What about your personal life and of course your finances?

Are you close to where you would like to be? Do you have time freedom? Or does your quest for financial gain tie you to a desk, cubicle or computer for 60 or 80 hours a week.

Remember, the one thing we all share on this little blue planet is time. time is the one thing you can’t buy back. Once its gone, its gone…Forever!

As your search through the labyrinth of your information overloaded and confused mind, try to simplify your thoughts. Whittle them down to 3 or 4 core ideas. These should be your cove beliefs.

Now flip them upside down. Twist them and bend them and cut them up and put them in a blender.

How do they hold up? Do they pass the test? do they meet your personal requirements for a happy life?

What I want you to determine here is are your moving toward or away from your life dreams?

If you continue doing what you are doing now and have done in the past, where will it take you?

I think it was Einstein who said the definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Does that sound like you?

It sure was my living hell for too many years.  But I sat down one New Years Eve and did what I am suggesting to you hear.

In a moment of complete clarity, I decided to change my life.

The result of that one clarifying moment changed me and my life forever. One powerful yet simple thought followed by massive action took me from a one-way drag strip to a life of hell (think addiction, crime and jail) to a wonderful life filled with wealth, excitement, and peace.

Listen up and listen good, if I can do it anyone, even you can do it too.

No wussies. No excuses. No Bullshit.

2013 starts tomorrow. But you can get a head start today by taking a good hard look inside yourself, just like I did all those years ago.

You are at the controls of your own destiny. How you experience your life journey is totally up to you.

Good or bad, a rough shitty ride, or a smooth enjoyable trip with a safe landing…It is up to you my friend.

Do yourself a favor. Take Ted Nugent’s  advice from his 1968 song and “Take a Journey to the Center of Your Mind” … come along if you dare, come along if you care to a land inside of your mind.

Take massive action now to secure your dream life for you and your family now.

Don’t let another year pass you by without doing all you can to reach your true goals.

Personally, I’m taking bold steps to secure my freedom in 2013 and beyond. I refuse to sit on the sidelines and so should you.
