The annoying things in life!

Now if you grew up with a brother or sister close in age, you can relate to the annoying things that they can do!  My sister and I would have dare games, that were pretty disturbing.  My sister would sit on top of me and let her spit come down so close as to touch my face.  Of course, I would be yelling and screaming and telling her to get off of me!  She had a big advantage; she was at least forty pounds heavier than I.  At the last second when I thought I would have spit all over my face, she would pull it back into her mouth.  Pretty gross!  The annoying thing that I would do to her, especially in the backseat of the car, is put my finger close to her eyes, and say “I’m not touching you.”  It would drive her nuts!

Annoying things around the house

As I grew up and had my own children, husband included, annoying things happened around the house all the time!  The annoying thing that tops all the others deals with toilet paper and it always involved me!  Have you ever had to go to the bathroom so bad, that you barely make it in time to do your business?  Every single time, it seemed that when I looked for toilet paper, there was only one sheet left on the roll.  One measly sheet!  So, of course, I had to bellow out to ask someone to give me a new roll.  Another annoying thing that involves all the boys of the house, is the toilet lid.  Man, they do not ever put it down.  Sometimes, in the middle of the night when I got up to relieve myself, I almost fell into the toilet.  What a wake up call!

Whenever my side of the family gets together, the topic eventually includes politics.  My nephews dominate the conversation; and never let any one else get a word in.  I really love to hear all types of opinions because I figure it helps me grow!  The annoying thing is I am rarely allowed to express my opinion, because they will not listen!  Don’t you dislike people who are so opinionated and are unable to listen to someone else’s viewpoint?

As I have mentioned in other blogs, I have a husband with progressive multiple sclerosis.  I am his caregiver.  He cannot walk, and needs help with his daily care of living.  He has a catheter, and he needs assistance with cleaning, bathroom, pills, feeding, transporting, etc.  I have two sons, the ages of twenty two and nineteen, who do not help with anything.  Occasionally they will help transport him.  I took off for one weekend in the summer.  I haven’t had time off for two years!  The annoying thing is they couldn’t decide amongst themselves, who was going to take what day to care for him!  As I have said before, annoying things are different for everyone!
