Computor Virus Attacks

Well I have to say I have been very fortunate that this is the first virus attach that I personally have experienced.  I wasn’t able to do my blogging yesterday as my computer was hit with a virus on Wednesday and I wasn’t able to get into Internet Explorer or FireFox.  Every time I tried to get online or do anything this big virus warning kept coming up and stopped me from being able to do anything, which probably for me is a good thing.     It is a scary thing to see your computer hit with a virus as you don’t know weather you have lost anything  and seeing I am not a computer tech I didn’t know what to do or what not to do so I decided the best thing to do was call my computer repair man.  He said that it didn’t sound good so bring it in.

I find out that our whole area here was hit with viruses so all our repair men are very busy.  I don’t understand why somebody would want to infect other people’s computer’s with viruses.  What profit would they get from it?  I can only see that the only people profiting from this is the repair men.  I have learned to really make sure you have all your programs backed up and saved somewhere else.  Then you are safe if anything did get erased.  Can you even imagine what it would be like to lose everything on your computer if you didn’t have it backed up anywhere.  It makes me shutter to even think about it.

Well now I am back up and running and the only good thing about this is it gave me something to blog about.
