There has been a lot of talk about the proper Google search engine optimization, people are confused and don’t know what to do anymore. This is why, I have decided to share some tips with you to help you get your site to the top.
If you want to do Google search engine optimization properly, you need to think about every little detail. If you have videos on your page, a good idea would be to add a transcript, and make sure you add the video to your sitemap.
Another form of interactive content are podcasts. The rules are the same, include a full transcript or a part of it, just so search engine spiders know what is going on, on the respected page.
Use good mix of all anchor texts you can think of, that look natural, and you will be OK.
Google Search Engine Optimization URL Rules
Optimizing your URL structure is one more thing you need to pay close attention to. If your site is static, make sure you use page titles in the URL of that page; if, on the other hand, your content is dynamic, try to optimize it as best as you can but don’t waste a lot of time on it.
Google is putting more and more weight on good quality and interesting content, so if you want to rank your sites well and master Google search engine optimization, you need to create awesome content.
At some point, you will realize that you can’t do everything yourself, and you might consider hiring help. Even though this is a good idea, you should only consider hiring skilled people, otherwise you might do more damage than good.
A big part of Google search engine optimization, is off-page optimization. Building quality links is one of holy grails of online marketing. When you are just starting out, you can employ blog commenting.
Many people will argue against this technique, but if you identify respectful, related blog in your niche and place some comments, they will certainly boost your ranking. Spamming 1000′s of unrelated sites will not work, obviously.
When deciding to build your website, if you can, I would advise you to go with a blog. a blog is great if you have something interesting to say. You will constantly update it, offer people new and interesting information and Google will love you for it.
Google Search Engine Optimization Should Revolve Around Users
You noticed I said writing good quality content, and I stick by it. Gone are the days of spun, keyword stuffed crap. You need to offer value to the user and keep search engines happy.
Google search engine optimization is largely based on the satisfaction of the users, you need to go down that route as well.
Analyzing your data is a must if you want to be a successful marketer. Luckily, Google is providing us with some awesome, free tools, such as Analytics and Webmaster Tools. Use them until you get enough money to go for the paid ones.
With Google search engine optimization, you need to realize that there are no quick fixes and fast results. You need to be patient and prepared to invest months without seeing any real results. But if you did everything right over the course of those few months, you will see your traffic pinking up and growing exponentially.
Building a successful site and making money is not easy, especially if you are doing everything yourself. Google search engine optimization is a painful, long lasting process that is changing constantly, stay on top of those changes and you will succeed!
