Fake it until you make it is a well known  principle to accelerate and hasten the achievement of your core desires.

It’s  could be conceived as a lie, however it’s a way of life where success starts from the inside out for some…

It isn’t about pretending to others that you’ve already achieved or is it;  but  about how the brains, beliefs and actions either move us forward to greater success or hold us back in poverty and unproductive actions.

Fake it until you make it is a known pattern in Test Driven Development implementation, which means one writes code that acts like it knows what it’s doing in order to know what it’s doing.  It’s  a philosophy to inculcate within oneself that one is good and capable of achieving.  Interestingly, fake it till you make it is basically all about presenting yourself well…

... no matter what life brings your way.

One major thing I have noticed is that the theory of you faking it until you make it is completely a proven pattern of success, looking at it from a perspective of how rock stars, a politicians, or an athletes build up  the courage to perform in front of thousands, even millions of people, or a business leader the ability to keep churning out product after product that is game-changing.

… It very important to know where the term fake it until you make it came from before placing ones ideology upon the masses. So here’s a bit of insight of mindsets an how effective this process is and continue to be throughout the world as we know it.

“Fake it until you make it” (also called “act as if”) is a common catchphrase that means to imitate confidence so that as the confidence produces success, it will generate real confidence. The purpose is to avoid getting stuck in a self-fulfilling prophecy related to one’s fear of not being confident…,

You’ve heard the phase: “As a Man Thinketh So Is He”….

by thinking, as a example: “You can’t do something because one would sense a lack of confidence or fear of doing whatever it takes.”
” The article How You Too Can Be an Optimist in Prevention points out, “In research, as a scientists asked a group of 50 students to act like extroverts for 15 minutes in a group discussion, even if they didn’t feel like it. The more assertive and energetic the students acted, the happier they were”.

So in acting or faking it they automatically became happier. This triggered and emotion that they enjoyed.  Likewise in business, think about it…

Some may argue the point however, research can cast out whatever ideology one my have when it come to faking it until you make it…

It’s a fact that this saying “fake it until you make it” has been used long before our time as self-fulfilling prophecy or a prediction that directly or indirectly causes itself to become true, by the very terms of the prophecy itself, due to positive feedback between belief and behavior.

Although examples of such prophecies can be found in literature as far back as ancient Greece, it is 20th-century sociologist  who is credited with coining the expression “self-fulfilling prophecy” and formalizing its structure and consequences.

Let’s be clear here, if you have the faith, to achieve success in whatever area of you life, with applied daily action you will certainly achieve whatever your hearts desire.
