Antioxidant enzyme expression is known to decrease with aging, which has been  theorized  to contribute to age-related diseases.   One of the main factors to disease progression is reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation. I have been taking Protandim for the last 5 months I can tell you the longer i take the pill the better i feel.
