So what does it feel like to bleed midnight green? Every year of my life, I have been dealing with the disappointment of another football season ending, without the Eagles holding the Lombardi Trophy.
Since i was not around in 1960, (the last time the eagles won a championship), i cannot and would not stake a claim to this. My highest moment is a loss to the patriots in super bowl XXXIX. So yea, my highest moment is a defeat, Back OFF! Remember I am an Eagles Fan.
Being an Eagles fan I realize we have gotten quite a reputation over the years. Most of it is probably deserved! But you cannot deny the passion our fans have for our team. Eagles fans are simply blue collar people who will go cheer, boo, cry, and just plain get crazy. Yea REAL CRAZY
You need to experience the fandum first hand at the Linc, to know exactly what I’m talking about. Just make sure you don’t make the mistake of wearing another teams jersey! Prolly wont end well. Not bragging about this, just stating facts. Do that at your own peril!
So over the past 14 years(Andy Reid’s Tenure) of being an eagles fan, I have created quite a list of things that simply drive me crazy!

- NEVER Sticking with the Run game
- Running Shotgun on 3rd or 4th and 1
- Andy Reid’s game management
- Andy Reid’s Timeout debacles (plural)
- Hiring of OL coach for Def Cord
- Wish I HAD MORE TIME TO CONTINUE
so yea their is a short list of some of my anger towards the eagles. Mainly you can see its pointing at the Head Coach. But i believe the definition of insanity is trying the same thing over and over again and thinking your are going to get different results!!!
Yes I just called Andy Reid insane, but he has to be based on his track record. When every year ends the same way, and yet you stick to the same formula as the year before. Then you are FU*K*NG CRAZY!
So as you can see from this short description, Being an Eagles Fan is no walk in the park. Christ, its not even a step out of bed. I would compare being an eagles fan to watching the movie Scarface! You get emotionally attached to the character, you watch him build his empire. Then you watch as his empire is torn apart, and he eventually is killed. Now watch that Over and Over and Over again.
Now thats Being an Eagles Fan!
