Will Smith has a strong work ethic that anyone can learn from. When I saw this video I had to ask myself… “Do I really have a strong work ethic?”
I think we need to start from the beginning.
What is Work Ethic? According to Wikipedia
Work ethic is a set of values based on hard work and diligence. It is also a belief in the moral benefit of work and its ability to enhance character. A work ethic may include being reliable, having initiative
I was listening to the Prosperity Team’s Daily Morning Training and it was mentioned there how there is probably no one in the Online Marketing business that has more work ethic than someone like Will Smith.
What I got from this was that it takes an extraordinary Work Ethic to get to a level of stardom and that being a successful Online Marketer is way easier than becoming a movie star!
I love Online Marketing because of that simple fact that you work from home and all you really have to do is be in front of a computer. Having a company and a great team to back me up, my strong work ethic is actually leveraged!
I remember when I still owned my restaurant, I was working 7 days a week and almost the whole day! I knew that I have a really strong work ethic because I would not have kept that restaurant afloat and making profit all through the bad part of the recession.
I still remember those days where I was able to sneak in a day off, only to be called by one of my employees that something Brock or we ran out of something. I had to leave my family and attend to the restaurant. For Five years there were no days off, no vacation, no weekends not even an afternoon off. When you own a traditional business your day is not over when you go home. There are still bills to pay, refrigerators to fix and food orders to be made.
Living the Cybernetic Life
Now it’s funny because I sit in front of my computer laughing and making connections with friends Online. I now know people all around the world and business is getting better!
I have every weekend, holiday and every day OFF! I love what to do and when things get a little hard I just remind myself that nothing compares to owning your own restaurant!
When your free you even start forgetting what day it is!!
Oh man… sorry, I didn’t realize I was rambling on, you should had said something! Hahaha!
