Create a better life, they keep saying that…

They keep saying that!  Create a better life, just what part of that don’t you get?

Me, all of it.  I tend to make things more difficult than they need to be, and you?

It truly is ‘that simple’!  You can create a better life by just thinking about it…  A lot!  Like, every moment of every day.

Consider this, if we are what we think…  do you have what you want?  Are you satisfied with your life?

…if you don’t have what you want from life,

…if you don’t have what you think you need in life,

…if you are struggling for any reason (health, wealth, happiness, spirit), change the thinking to get what you want.  Doesn’t matter what it is you want.  We all have different needs, goals, wants (even just ’causes).

But it can be simple to create a better life

just by thinking about it…

Here is one example of what I mean:  below this is a video on YouTube that is available to anyone, anywhere (as long as they have internet access).  Watch, and you tell me you don’t just feel better already!

Well, if you have a heart beat and you’re breathing, you have to admit you feel better for having seen that video!  If not, why are you here?  Hummm…  probably not a friend of mine.
