Successful Person Qualities: Do You Have These 12 Qualities?

Have you ever thought that you can accomplish more but just haven’t gotten the right “break”? Is it something that you’re doing or not doing that is holding you back? You need to have these person success qualities.
Now you may be saying to yourself, why not say successful person or how to become confident instead of person success? Well, I think a little different and that’s what has made me successful. You understand more when you see the traits listed below.
What are person success qualities?
As you can see, person success can be achieved by any of us, we just need to go out there and get it! Don’t let your own mind hold you back!
Many people have their own ideas of what constitutes a successful person – money, possessions, family, education, legacy. Each of those is a success and each can define a successful person.
The 12 Traits Of PERSON SUCCESS
1. They set firm and aggressive goals and deadlines. Occasionally the deadline gets missed but they always work hard to meet them…
2. They focus on ONE project with laser-precision and actively refuse other projects until the ONE has been seen through to completion… which makes them more money in the long run…
3. They don’t focus on PERFECTION… they focus on getting something
GOOD to the market and pulling in a profit, with a view to creating something perfect some time in the distant future…
4. They accept FLOPS or failures as inevitable and embrace them as learning experiences… they understand that their early attempts won’t be as good as what they produce a year, or even a month from now and take it in stride, building towards a bigger, better future…
5. They actively HUNT out their mistakes… although it’s always uncomfortable to realize something has been done wrong, the key thing is to IMPROVE next time… mistakes are normal.
6. They look at the already-successful and say to themselves “well if they can do it, so can I!” and proceed to study, analyze and reverse-engineer what works and why, so they can apply it in their own business…
7. They focus on a few USPs and copy the rest from those who are already successful… this means doing just enough different to stand out and provide value, without doing SO MUCH different that it confuses the audience…
8. They identify their strengths and look for ways to capitalize on that, while allowing other people to take control of ‘weaker’ areas…
9. They search for people who are already successful and make an active effort to CONNECT with them and network on an ongoing basis, keeping in touch and forming strong, profitable relationships…
10. They are GENEROUS to their partners and stakeholders… they give out good pay, good bonuses generous gifts… this makes them stand out and naturally draws people to them…
11. They focus on MARKETING more than the product / idea / service itself… because in actual fact, it’s the marketing that DRIVES the product!
12. They block out DISTRACTIONS and set specific time aside to get things done. They turn off email, Skype, Facebook, chat programs, television and any other distractions that stop them from working…

What if I don’t have all of these traits?
You don’t have to have all 12 successful traits hammered down before you go out and make a profit (see Trait #3!)…
If your own traits weigh more heavily on the side of success…
Then you absolutely MUST go out and make something of it!
What a (Person Success) Does Next –
Go and connect with some like-minded, motivated, successful people… stop standing on the sidelines and DIVE IN… pick somebody you trust to learn from, focus, get started and work on the remaining negative traits as you move forward.
