What is a vision?
A vision is like a blueprint of a house. You can see the house yet, it is not build yet, but you already have made a plan about the size of the house, the kind of construction, the architecture.
You might have a ground where to build the house. You can see the house in your mind and can walk through.
A vision is a plan of something big which needs organization, planning and work to get it done. And surely you need the help of other people to get it done.
A vision is something you can see and feel already realized but don’t get worried if others can’t.
As I work in the Real Estate Business, I know that only a view people have the gift to see an unfinished house how it will look like when it will be finished.
Some are afraid it will never become finished. I can understand that fear too. I also know people who believed in their visions; they have been rewarded 1000 times for all their efforts.
Compared to a vision a goal is a step within reaching the full vision.
Like the vision is to build the house and a goal is it to find an architect, next goal could be to get the permission for the blueprint and so on.
There people will be divided into those with a vision and those with a goal. People who have the goal of finding an architect mostly only see the high prices and get stopped here.
People with the vision of the house are willing to look for an architect they can by for. They are more motivated because there is more to lose for them and much to gain.
Now you can decide for yourself what kind of person you want to be.
