Debt … It’s the great big freakin gorilla on many people’s backs. With unemployment improving slowly and people living off their credit cards more and more, things are just crazy out there.
When a friend of mine approached me about Wakeupnow, I took a real quick look because I was pretty tied up at the time.

It all started when Troy Muhlestein the founder of Wakeupnow had the humiliating experience of being laid off from his job of the past 20 years.
He was humiliated and felt that he had let himself and his family down. Also, Troy observed that people all around him were in the same financial situation and each felt the same humiliation. Determined to turn that humiliation into motivation, he began looking for a new job. However, Troy just could not shake the feeling that there was something needed to help these struggling families.
Later that night, he was enraged and disgusted when a telemarketer called him with a solution to his ‘ debt ‘ problem. They could help him right after he covered their fee with the remaining available credit on his cards.
That was it ! There had to be a legitimate way to solve these problems. But first these people needed to Wakeupnow !
