Free Advertising

Advertising Free

Today I want to discuss free advertising.

• Because this has been my main way to do advertising

• Can it work

• Benefits

From the first day of joining Empower Network I have been using free advertising, the main reason is cost. Being on a fixed income can limit the way of advertising my business.

Can it work? Yes it does work, however my results have not been what I expected. I will never quit though, I have yet to find all of the sites online to advertise on.

Benefits, well number one its free, with it being online I can stay up all night and run ads (although it can be time consuming).

Free Advertising Online

In the process of going through my e mail’s earlier I found this from Aweber;

In the spirit of March Madness, we pitted 8 online marketing channels against each other to find out which ones small business owners like best.

Here’s how they voted, with our own expert analysis of the qualities that make each channel the better choice for marketing a small business.

As you can see by the chart that Facebook and Email’s won. Facebook beat Pinterest because Pinterest is more niche-specific than Facebook. Facebook is easily leveraged by all kinds of businesses.

Email vs Text messaging only 9% want text messages from businesses, where 77% of actual consumers  prefer marketing messages as emails rather than through any other medium.

The last area I want to touch on is You Tube vs Blog; What Makes Blogging Better:
YouTube has its place in marketing and can even drive traffic to your site, but nothing beats a blog for keeping people interested once they get to your site.

You can distribute a variety of content in your blog that will keep people coming back and linking to you, Plus, you might find blogging easier for your business. You don’t need to be a New York Times best-selling author to whip up a quick post your audience will appreciate. The only equipment you need is your computer and your fingers.

Most of all these are free ways of getting advertising for your site.

Free Advertising Sites;

Their are so many available online today that I would be here for hours finding and listing them all so I will just list a few of the ones that I have been using.

Facebook

Backpage.com

Adlandpro

UpostFreeAds

Free Ad Exchange

These are just a few and I have been using more, and finding more each day. I wanted to share this information so that others may benefit.

Today their are never ending sources for what ever you are doing online. This will never end as far as I can see, unless we somehow end up living without electricity. I don’t even want to think of that happening.

Here’s to Free Advertising long may it rein.
