How To Generate Leads With Google+
If you would like to know how to generate leads with Google+ then read on……….
Google + is becoming very popular today and it is all about growing your social database. These days you can no longer only rely on your email list to grow your number of contacts for your mlm business. You need to start thinking about reaching out to new audiences, ones that are active on social media sites, and learn how to generate leads using Google +.
Let people know where they can find you on any social media site. When you are sending emails or doing blog posts, even landing pages you should always make sure that you let people know the different ways of finding you. By doing this you are going to get more contacts and then your information is going to be shared by your new contact to their contacts, which is going to spread the word about your opportunity.
You also need to start attracting traffic from social channels to your landing page and thus converting these prospects into leads.
If you are working on social lead generation you need to be tracking the performance of your social channels and compare them to see what is working best. I am sure you will all know that when someone fills in their name and email address on your landing page that this is called a ‘lead’. Now is the time to generate leads with Google+.
1. Increase Your Followers on Your Google+ Page
You need to build a large following on Google+, therefore you need to increase the number of people who like your page plus increase the number of people who have your company in their cirles.
2. Drive Google+ Traffic To You Landing Page
Now that you have a good following on Google+ you now need to send traffic to your landing page by sharing your link in your Google+ updates, or in hangouts. You can link to an image or a video, but just get it out there and then see the results.
3. Optimize Your Google + Page
Make sure you have some good cover and profile images and add a good and informative introduction. When you write your ‘about’ page you should also include your links here. If you have a product/products always add photo’s of them and any videos you might have.
4. Compose Compelling Content Updates (and add links)
You must produce good and compelling content that is going to interest your followers and get them interested in what you have to offer. This way you will find that your followers are going to start a discussion about what you have to offer and possibly share it with their circle of friends and acquaintances. Keep a check on what pages of your blog are attracting the most attention and share the most popular ones.
5. Timing and Posting Your Updates
Most people would say that the best time to share your content is between 10am-1pm of course depending on which country you are in, so you would need to check out the time zones of different countries. If you intend to share three or four posts a day then make sure that you spread them out evenly over the course of the day as you don’t want possible prospects to feel they are being spammed. Although I would only recommend one or two a day. You will soon notice what time of day your friends and acquaintances are checking their social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.
6. Personalise Your Content
You can now add a personal signature to your emails and blog posts which makes them look much more attractive. It is also a good tip to mention other Google+ users on your posts and pages by adding a + sign in front of the name of the person that you want to tag. By doing that when someone else searches for that particular person, you are also going to show up in the search results giving your post a greater reach.
