I have a clear understanding of who I am

I am a devoted friend,a loving parent .all-around fun person and a successful entrepreneur Who I am depends solely on how I see myself and how I chose to behave.I identify myself not by where I come from, but by where I am choosing to go. I think and speak positively of myself in order to build up my spirit with my words and am a firm believer in "The Secret". When I acknowledge my worth with certainty, I am a force to be reckoned with. I know that Iwas created for a purpose and that my life hasa calling. My family, my friends, and my Creator value me more than diamonds.Although I seek to be at peace with everyone, I live for myself and for my family. I reject negative criticism, therefore I am unaffected by others' negative opinions. If I am ever faced with denigration, I move on quickly without dwelling on it and remind myself of all the greatness within me.Understanding my worth enables me to take risks beyond my imagination. Giving To Others Makes Me Rich

giving

Giving to others has benefits from improving my

self-image to creating a better world. I feel good
about myself when I give to others because I
see an admirable, loving side of myself.

I grow by giving. Selflessness is birthed
within me each time I give, performing a remarkable
transformation on my overall being.

Giving makes me rich with happiness.  My giving sets
an example for my children, family and friends to do the same.

When I give, I start a ripple effect that expands from those
closest to me and reaches people I do not even know.

Giving makes me rich in love and grace. A single act of giving
can change the lives of more people than I would ever know.
Each time I give, I bring my world one step closer to complete
harmony.

Giving makes me rich in peace. The more I give away, the
more I have. I am like a cup that automatically fills up again
every time I pour some out. When I share my blessings, I receive
more blessings in return.

Giving makes me rich in the things that matter most. Giving to
others has a powerful effect on my life. My mood is positively
affected each time I give.

When I see the expression on others’ faces and try to imagine
what they are going through, I am rich with gratitude. Today, I am
rich in every area of my life because I choose to share my blessings

with others.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. Why is it important to give?

2. Who should I give to?

3. When was the last time I shared my blessings with others?

4th Daily Affirmation

I Am Tapping Into My Creative Side

creativity%20sign

I have a creative mind, filled with beautiful
ideas. I can be anything I want to be if I only tap
into my creative side and allow creativity to
flow.
I have been blessed with many talents and
wish to develop them in such a way that I
can impact the lives of others.
Every chance I get, I read magazines, books,
and the work of other creative minds. Reading
about others’ creativity inspires me to try new
ideas of my own. I allow the pictures and words
I read to speak to my senses.
I seek inspiration in the natural, everyday
life around me. There is no greater beauty
than that found in nature; therefore, I spend
time alone paying attention to the small things
outdoors.
Children are some of life’s most creative
sources of inspiration. It is so refreshing to look
at the world through the eyes of a child and see
the wonder I often take for granted. Spending
time with children boosts my creativity.

Listening to music also gets my creative juices
flowing. Music elicits a slew of emotions by tapping
into my memories and awakening my
heart. When I listen to music, I pay attention to
the many details that meld together to create a
beautiful harmony.
Whether it is in reading, writing, art, nature,
children, or music, my senses are set to find
inspiration.
Today, I choose to turn inspiration into creativity
and launch myself forward with ideas of my
own. I am a creative individual whose time has
come to share my talents with the world.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What inspires me?
2. What have I been afraid to try in the past?
3. How can I tap into my creative side today?

I Do As I Think

The_Art_of_Thinking_Clearly_001
My thoughts, whether positive or negative, directly
affect my actions and decisions.
For example, if my mind is convinced that there
is nothing I can do to lose weight, I subconsciously
serve myself larger portions.

In turn, my hopeless thoughts inhibit my weight loss efforts
and, therefore, force the number on the
scale to remain the same or even rise.
I am a master at spotting self-sabotaging
thoughts, and order an immediate stop to any
negative thoughts that may hinder my success
in any situation.
I know that I do as I think, so I let go of my insecure
thoughts before I make important decisions.
I am capable of achieving anything I set my
mind to. It may be scary to try something new,
because there is always a chance of failure. But
there is also always a chance at success, and
that is what I choose to focus on!
In most situations, success depends 50% on
mindset and 50% on effort.
By forcing my mind into an “I can do this” mindset,
I open the avenue to perseverance and increased
effort in all situations. Therefore, I substantially
increase my probability of success!
When my thoughts take a turn for the worse,
I quickly remind myself of my accomplishments.
Since I do as I think, my mind is my
strongest ally when I have a positive mindset.
Today, I remind myself that I am an accomplished
individual. I have strong assets that I
skillfully use to build a better tomorrow.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What are my strongest positive personality
traits?
2. Has my insecurity stopped me from achieving
goals in the past?
3. How can I increase my level of confidence?

6th Daily Affirmation

I Turn Failure Into Opportunity

heart os failure

I turn failure into opportunity
I turn failure into an opportunity for growth by
learning from my experiences and proceeding
in my journey.

By moving forward instead of
giving up, I give myself the gift of a new opportunity
to fulfill my purpose.
To learn from my experiences, I look at the past
objectively. I acknowledge my errors without
self-condemnation because mistakes are part
of life.
When I fail, I accept it as an opportunity for success.
Failure does not mean that I am a bad
person; therefore, I am free from internalizing
and personalizing disappointment.
In the words of Thomas Edison, “I haven’t
failed; I’ve found 10,000 ways that don’t work.”
Each time I seem to fail, I discover another option
that can be eliminated.
I intentionally focus on the meaningful lessons
of everyday life because life is about purpose
and not about the mundane nuisances of my
work.
Reaching a dead end may be painful because it
is not the outcome I desired, but happiness is
not about the absence of pain; rather, it’s
about the realization of purpose.
Who I become, as molded by the experiences
of my journey, is as important to me as where I
finish.
When I feel overwhelmed by seemingly impossible
circumstances, I remind myself that, from
where I stand, I can only see a small glimpse of
the big picture of my life. I turn that discouragement
into opportunity by refusing to give up.
Today, I choose to have faith and trust that
there is a plan for my life bigger than what
my eyes can see. No matter how many times I
fail, I resolve to get up and continue to follow
my dreams.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. Do I need to forgive myself for a past failure?
2. What lessons have I learned from a recent
failure?
3. How has failure helped me redirect my
dreams?
