We all have different hair textures and types, and that requires the right products in order to be  effective and keep your hair healthy!

In this article I’m gong to explaining to you, your hair type/texture and what kind of products are best for your hair type….so lets get right to it…

Your Hair Textures is either: Fine, Medium & Course

Your Hair Type s either: Straight, Wavy, Curly, Extremely Curly, Dry & Damaged (Perms, Color, Relaxers, Blow-drying , Sun & Hot Irons)

 

Find the Best Products For Your Hair Type…

 

  • If you have fine hair that is straight, you should use shampoos that volumnize, detangle and if need be, use a protein treatment.
  • If you have fine hair that is wavy, curly or extremely curly, use a shampoo for fine hair and a light leave in conditioner. Be sure to also use a protein treatment and heat protector.
  • If you have fine hair that is dry and damaged hair due to chemical processes…(i.e. relaxers, color, perms, styling tools ad the sun)use a gentle cleansing shampoo and use a light leave-in conditioner. Be sure to use protein and moisturizing conditioners along with repair treatments.
  • If you have medium straight hair use a acid-balanced shampoo with a rinse conditioner and a protein treatment.
  • If you have medium wavy, curly or extremely curly hair, use a acid-balanced shampoo, leave in conditioner and be sure to use a moisturizing treatment.
  • If you have medium dry and damaged hair due to chemical processes…(i.e. relaxers, color, perms, styling tools ad the sun) use a shampoo for chemically treated hair, a moisturizing conditioner and protein and moisturizing treatment.
  • If you have course straight hair use a moisturizing shampoo, leave in conditioner and use moisturizing treatments.
  • If you have course wavy, curly or extremely curly hair use a moisturizing shampoo, leave in conditioner and protein and moisturizing treatments.
  • If you have course dry and damaged hair due to chemical processes…(i.e. relaxers, color, perms, styling tools ad the sun) use a deep moisturizing shampoo for damaged hair, use a leave in conditioner, a deep conditioner treatment and use hair masks.

Now that you have the knowledge and know-how about your hair type and hair texture, its time that you start taking action by finding the best products for your hair type and taking care of your hair…
