Simple Business Plans for Dummies (Who Need Their Hands Held)
Business plans for Dummies – what do you do to get started, how to do you do it, why do you do it?
Have you ever just wished someone would literally hold your hand to help you with your online business? I mean hold your hand so you know what to do step by solid step? I know I wish I had that when I first began.
Despite being a pretty independent person, I actually love to have my hand held when I am learning something new. I usually find myself overwhelming myself with a battling array of questions, concerns and other useless thoughts and opinions.
So having a mentor to slap me in the face with some cold water and to tell me to keep calm and carry on, is pretty important for me.
That means if you really want to put your hands on the business plans for dummies, the first line of business is to find a mentor who is successful, selling something that really makes money.
Business Plans for Dummies – Simplicity is the Height of Elegance
Steve Jobs is famous for saying, “Simplicity is the height of elegance”, and I happen to agree. I believe simplicity breeds the most success for people – especially people just starting out.
When it comes to creating business plans for dummies (whether you think yourself a dummy, or figure you might as well help the dummy masses out there), it is important to keep your plan simple. When I first got started online, my goal was to talk to 2 people a day about my business. It is not an overly ambitious goal, but it is a simple goal that is easily achieved.
That is another thing I would suggest to do.
Make goals that are easy to achieve. If you are constantly meeting your goals, you will feel way more incredible about yourself and far more confident to sell and market your products.
Simplicity, easy, do-able. That is your goal for making the business plans for dummies.
Business Plans for Dummies – Stop Sleeping, Start Doing
Once the business plans for dummies is made, now comes the actual hard part…
Okay. Not the hard part. For many people this is the hard part though – which is actually going out there and doing the work. I have no clue why, because going out there and doing the work is where all the money is anyhow.
So why the heck would they not want to do it and make money? Boggles the mind.
Anyhow, once your plan is drawn up, mentor approved and ready to go – it is time to start doing it.
There is an old saying I hold near and dear to my heart, “Plan your work, work your plan”. If you work your success plan every single day, you will start finding yourself climbing the ladder rungs to success yourself.
