Did you think about fancy cars, fine clothes, five star accommodations and perhaps
exotic locations?
Having a millionaire mindset is about shifting your conscious thoughts AND working
towards attaining wealth while also making your money work for you.
Millionaire Mindset: The First Secret – A Different Way of Thinking
People with a millionaire mindset ask a lot of questions which encourages them to think
outside the box. They also consistently educate themselves.
The major difference in thinking like a wealthy person and a poor person is the
understanding of choice. The wealthy know they have a choice and look inside
themselves for solutions to any problem. Often, unfortunately, the poor look outside
themselves and expect others to fix their problem.
A few examples of a millionaire mindset versus the mindset of the poor:
Wealthy – I create my own wealth
Money works for me
I always have enough
I take responsibility
Poor- I wish I was wealthy
I work for money
I never get what I need
Someone else should pay
I mean no offense to anyone. Most people don’t realize they can consciously focus their
thoughts and in doing so can change their life for the better or worse.
You CAN change your mindset which WILL lead you to a happier, wealthier life.
Choose to be wealthy (don’t laugh, it happens). You won’t understand what a huge
difference this little secret will make in your life until you purposely change your
thoughts.
Millionaire Mindset: The Second Secret – Making Money Work
Financial literacy isn’t taught in our schools, unless someone seeks the knowledge.
Those who have a millionaire mindset have learned how to make money work for them.
They choose to understand and work with the power of money instead of fearing it.
Educate yourself about the difference between an asset and a liability. You don’t have
to be super smart to understand finances but your money won’t grow if you don’t know.
Barrow books from the library, use your computer to research or ask someone who is
more familiar with accounting.
Learn about investing your money. Money is a great employee since it will work 24
hours a day and never complains or make demands.
In having a millionaire mindset, the rich build their assets and only buy their luxury items
when their investments will cover the extra cost. Middle class and the poor tend to buy
their extras with a credit card and only further their debt. Make the shift; it’s vital to
becoming truly wealthy.
Millionaire Mindset: The Third Secret – Give to Get
The easiest way to “get” more is to give more. Those with a millionaire mindset fully
understand this concept and apply it with vigor.
If you don’t have money to donate, that’s okay. Volunteer, take a meal to a sick neighbor
or help a friend with their yard work; the possibilities are endless and will help you
become a giver and a receiver.
It is absolutely true that you get what you give. Be a better, kinder giver. It’s good for
everyone.
Having a millionaire mindset isn’t difficult; it’s a choice so shift your mindset and soon,
with practice, amazing events will begin to show up in your life.
