I believe people come into an opportunity with the intent to make a lot of money or maybe just to pay off some bills. Everyone has a different reason. The bottom line is, it’s about money. But what if you didn’t make any money, but learned something that years later, in another situation or opportunity, would make you millions? Would you look back and be glad you entered into something with the idea you would learn as much as you can, improve yourself as a person, and increase your skill sets? I think so!
Far too many people start yet another opportunity with the intent of making money and then when they don’t see results in “x” amount of time with “x” amount of effort, they quit and move on to the next biggest system or mentor, or opportunity. Ummm, do you think it’s the opportunity, the mentor, or the system? I really don’t think so. How about it being YOU and your beliefs?
I am going to share a lesson with you I learned from the Inner Circle training in Empower Network. For those of you who are already a member of Empower Network and have not listened to this, or glossed over it, thinking it was not as important as the other trainings in there, stop what you’re doing right now, download it and listen to it as you drive at least 100 times. I am not kidding you. I have been studying personal development for YEARS and this is one of the most powerful, life changing concepts I have learned in my life. Now when you read this, it really got your attention. You are looking for the secret to how he went from living in a van to making millions online. I’m going to get to that in a minute. You are thinking it has something to do with a traffic source, SEO, connections, social media presence, article marketing, or something like that. While all the marketing and connections, social presence and action is essential, the secret involves something entirely different than what you think.
David wood shares in this inner circle audio his journey to get where he is right now, the co-founder of Empower Network, making millions. It was an interesting story to say the least and he a lot in common with many people which is years of struggle. He remembers lying down beside his wife and crying, saying he was going to just get a job working at a local store.
So What Changed the Course of David Wood and Eventually Led to The Creation of Empower Network?
He said he came to the realization his lack of results was not the business, not the system, not anything outside of himself, but it was HIM!
How many people are willing to admit this? I see so many people blaming their sponsor, their upline, the opportunity, the system, you name it!
David Wood said he realized something. How could he give two people the EXACT same instructions and have then both carry out these instructions and yet get two different results, with one succeeding and the other not?
Really stop and think about that! What would be the difference, if everything else was the same? The same opportunity, the same mentor, the same system, the same instructions, and the same actions? Wouldn’t it HAVE to be the person?
Absolutely!
What do I mean by that? David Wood goes on to explain about one of the laws of the Universe and that is you get what you expect 100% of the time. If you expect something to work, it will. If you have anything other than 100% belief it will work, it won’t. It’s as simple as that. The placebo effect. It has to do with the reticular activating system. Your brain will seek out ways to make what you believe right all the time.
That’s exactly why if someone contacts me about a system or opportunity and they have a lot of questions and doubts, I tell them to save their money and NOT join because I know if they doubt it will work for them, they will prove themselves right 100% of the time.
He made a DECISION to believe sponsoring 2 people a day was easy (because he met someone at an event who was doing this with little effort and little time while David was slaving away and at the time was sponsoring 1-2 people a MONTH).
He said he just woke up one day and really believed it was easy to sponsor 2 people a day and that he could do it. It didn’t happen right away, but it did happen over a period of time, I can’t remember the exact time frame.
The other beliefs he adopted have shaped him into the success has now and have given him the title David Wood, co-founder of Empower Network.
It’s hard to do this training justice in writing this post, but if I can give you one thing to take away, it’s to make a DECISION to believe….

Ok I can see your conscious mind rejecting this right now. That’s only because you have a set of beliefs in place which tell you this is hard because that’s what you’ve always believed! You can make a decision RIGHT NOW to change what you believe, even though the external circumstances are not yet in accordance with this new belief. Changing your mind FIRST always preceeds success, not the other way around.
You get the idea. Make a decision to believe what you want to happen in your life and your life will never be the same. It’s YOU and not anything outside of yourself that will determine your success.
