Success from the Inside Out, Not the Outside In.
One of the reasons it seems so difficult for a person to change habits, personality, or a way of life has been that nearly all efforts at change have been directed to the outside of the self, so to speak, rather than to the center.
– Numerous patients have said to me something like the following: “If you are talking about ‘positive thinking,’I’ve tried that before, and it just doesn’t work for me.” However, a little questioning invariably brings out that these individuals employed positive thinking, or attempted to employ it, either on particular external circumstances or on some particular habit or character defect (“I will get that job,” “I will be more calm and relaxed in the future.” “This business venture will turn out right for me.” And so on.) But they never thought to change their thinking of the self that was to accomplish these things.

One way to do that is to visualize yourself being the perfect you. What does that look like. How many people do you help. How do you Dress. Where do you live. What kind of Car do you Drive. How do you smell. What do you do for Fun. What do you hear people saying about you?
What happens like anything in nature look at a seed look at a Butterfly Everything happened Inside before change happens on the out side.
The soil for our thoughts must be full of nutrients. If in the past you had Toxic nutrients can be removed in time. And replaced with a new self image. It is as easy as changing your thoughts and feelings these our the soil that your self will grow from. Sick thoughts and Feeling will only bring more of it.
Successful People take a Few min a few times every day and Visualizing and Feeling what they want to have happen.
There have been many Books and Testimonies on how this has shaped a persons life and finances.
The Bible also teaches that you must think about the Good and Meditate on that. And look for the Good.
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are lovable, whatever things are well spoken of, whatever virtue there is and whatever praiseworthy thing there is, continue considering these things. 9 The things that YOU learned as well as accepted and heard and saw in connection with me, practice these; and the God of peace will be with you.
And the Bible also warns NOt to think or even look at unhealthy behaviour
Matthew 5:28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
This really shows how ancient this Thinking is.
I think when you see yourself as a Contributing Helpful Caring loving Loyal Creative Person. And then see yourself as a person who gets Paid Well for your Value.
