When planning your office layout, make it more ergonomic by placing your laptop or monitor on your desk. If your office furniture is uncomfortable or incorrectly positioned, it can cause pain or even serious damage to your joints. If you have to spend a lot of your time sitting at a desk, buy a good quality chair. This is also true of keyboards, mice and other computer accessories.
